Yesterday the defending champion defeated the opponents of SG Union Raiffeisen Waldviertel in a Zwettler Stadthalle sold out, taking the 2:0 lead in this best-of-seven serie.
They needed four sets, (23:25, 25:21, 19:25, 22:25) and on Wednesday they have the chance to take the first final “match ball”.
In this game 2, the hosts played a really good match, risked much with the service and put the guests again under pressure, however it was not enough to win a match lasted about 106 minutes.
