It’s official! León stays in Perugia until 2022!

The expected renewal in Italian volleyball vice-champions Sir Safety Conad Perugia arrived: the Cuban born with a Polish passport Wilfredo León will wear the jersey of one of the best clubs in the world in the next 2 seasons.
“The King” stays here! That’s how Perugia informed their fans of an agreement with the superstar Wilfredo León on the renewal for the next 2 seasons (2020/21 and 2021/22).
León’s trophy collection so far with the “Block Devils” consists of an Italian Cup and an Italian Super Cup, on both occasions with the MVP award of the competition. In a season and a half in Italy, the 26-year-old player scored 1,052 points, won over 800 kills, and served 186 aces.
With the renewal of León, Perugia demonstrated the will to be still great protagonists both on the national and international stage. They stressed more signings are expected in the next few days……
