France: Paris and Narbonne win away the advances of Round 21. Overbeeke ko.

1 min read

The two advances of French Ligue A Round 21 have been played yesterday evening.
In the direct clash of the bottom of the standings, Nice lost what was probably the last train to stay in Ligue A: despite the last-minute absences due to injury of the opposite Bisset (replaced by the 19-year-old Tunisian Bouguerra) and the libero DuƩe (replaced by Klobucar)
Narbonne won in 3 sets, recovering from 23:22 in the first set, canceling 6 set points in the second set and then another one (on 25:24) in the third set. For Nice the 22 points of Cox and the 12 team’s kill blocks (6 by Ah-Kong) were not enough. Bassereau scores 22 for the winners.
In the other match Paris defeated Toulouse away in 4 set with 20 points of Kadu and 68% in attack of a Fukuzawa, finally back on good levels. Bad new however for Paris, who lost the opposite Overbeeke on 24:23 in the fourth set for injury.
Tomorrow the others.

Toulouse-Paris 1-3

Nice-Narbonne 0-3

The others of Round 21:
Tourcoing-Montpellier 1-3
Rennes-Nantes 1-3
Tours-Sete 3-0
Poitiers-Cannes 3-2
Ajaccio-Chaumont 3-1
