The 27-year-old Gonzalo Quiroga increases the Argentine colony in the next French Championship Ligue A, which now consists of 16 players (20 players counting the womenâs top division). He strengthened leagueâs newcomers Cambrai.
Gonzalo really stood out in youth categories at the tournaments on the South American continent, being awarded MVP and Best Receiver of the U19 continental championship in 2010. Heâs is coming from a volleyball family given that his brother Rodrigo was a member of the Argentina National Team, while both are nephews of the 1988 Seoul Olympics bronze medalist RaĂșl Quiroga.
Gonzalo come from Poland, defending last season the colors of BKS VisĆa Bydgoszcz.
