CEV sets date for Drawing of Lots for 2021 Champions League

The European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) announced on social media the date for the Drawing of Lots for the next men’s and women’s Champions League, that will be performed on August 21 in Luxembourg.

The seeding pots (still unofficial) composition for the draw are:

Pot 1: Cucine Lube Civitanova (ITA), Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle (POL), Leo Shoes Modena (ITA), Zenit-Kazan (RUS), Lokomotiv (RUS).

Pot 2: VERVA Warszawa ORLEN Paliwa (POL), Arkas Spor (TUR), United Volleys Frankfurt (GER), Berlin Recycling Volleys (GER), Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta (TUR).

Pot 3: Lindemans Aalst (BEL), Tours (FRA), ACH Volley Ljubljana (SLO), ČEZ Karlovarsko (CZE), Knack Roeselare (BEL).

Pot 4: Sir Safety Conad Perugia (ITA), PGE Skra Bełchatów (POL), Kuzbass (RUS), qualifier 1, qualifier 2

What’s also known is that the pool stage will set off on September 23.
