Champions League: Jastrzebski Wegiel give up Pool C in Berlin

After being heavily hit by COVID, Jastrzebski Wegiel was unable to recover in time for the Champions League. In tests last Friday, three players were still positive and another who had resumed training a few days ago found symptoms of cardiac arrhythmia. Also considering some injuries, the team has decided to give up the Berlin tournament of Pool C which will therefore only involve ACH Ljubljana, Zenit Kazan and the hosts of Berlin Recycling volleys.
