Turkey: Ziraat and Fenerbahçe win big matches of Round 19

Round 19 of AXA Sigorta Efeler Ligi has been completed today, including two big matches.
In one of the most hot Istanbul derby, and not only in volleyball, Fenerbahce defeat 3-1 Galatasaray
led by 23 punti by Hidalgo (52% in attack, 45% efficiency, 3 blocks and 5 aces). For Galatasaray, play offs seem now further and further away.
On the other bih match, great comeback from 0-2 of Ziraat against Arkas Izmir.
In addition to Ter Maat (26 points, 55% and 45% efficiency in attack), decisive the outside-hitters’ switch with entries of Yucel and Camejo instead of Atanasov and Tuinstra.
With this Arkas’ defeat, Spor Toto take advantage and, with their 3-1 over Yeni Kiziltepe Spor, now are only one victory behind Glenn Hoag’s side.
On the top Halkbank Ankara remain unbeaten thanks to 3-1 over Altekma while, on the other matches, victory for Tokat over Afyon and of Solhan over Cizre.
