France: Tours first finalist! Chaumont and Nantes 1-1

Semifinals Game 2: and we have already the first verdict!
After struggling a lot in Game 1 in front of their home fans, regular season leaders and French Cup winners Tours become the first finalist following a four sets win (19:25, 25:23, 20:25, 22:25) on the field of No.5 Tourcoing, always keeping the control of the game with the only exception of second set (very balanced, until the 19-21 in favor of Tours and then the comeback of the hosts).
In a game with similar numbers, to make the difference are the experience of the winners, and the great performance of Aboubacar Drame Neto who, with 24 points and 66% in attack, made amends after opaque performance in Game 1.

In final, they’ll face the winners between Chaumont and Nantes, and the series is still open as the first, after a heavy defeat in straight sets in Game 1 on the field of the rivals, today took revenge with a great victory with the same result in front of their hot home fans (25:22, 25:20, 25:21), struggling only in first set and at the very beginning of the third. MVP of the match expert outside hitter Nathan Wounembaina, top scorer with 13 points to his name, 1 block, 1 ace and an excellent 79% in attack (11/14, without errors or blocked!).
On Saturday the decisive Game 3 on the field of Nantes, second in regular season.
