Backed by an outstanding performance from Alexandre Strehlau, who left the court with 14 points to his name through 65% in attack and 67% reception and MVP Ryan Sclater, top scorer on the winning side with 18 points through 63% in attack, Tours took control early and kept their edge throughout the match in Poitiers, putting themselves ahead for a potential 10th national crown!
Nik Mujanovic, top scorer of the match, scored 22 points for Poitiers including 5 of his teamβs 9 aces (5 for Tours) and 2 blocks, but with only 41% attack efficiency.
