Cuprum Stilon Gorzów claimed three important points beating Barkom-Każany Lwów 3-0 (25:21, 25:21, 29:27) with both teams started the match level on 11 points, making the result key in the relegation battle.
The hosts won the first two sets 25–21, but the third set brought real excitement. Trailing 20–24, the hosts saved four set points and completed a dramatic comeback to win 29–27.
Mathis Henno led the charge with 20 points to his name and was named MVP, through 65% efficiency in attack and three aces, while Chizoba Neves Atu added 15 points and Kamil Kwasowski also contributed with 12.
For Barkom, Vasyl Tupchii finished with 15 points, while Illia Kovalov added 14.

The headline match lived up to expectations as ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle outlasted JSW Jastrzębski Węgiel 2-3 (23:25, 25:23, 25:23, 20:25, 17:19), closing a tense tie-break 19–17 to claim a well-deserved away win, while Bogdanka LUK Lublin swept PGE GiEK Skra Bełchatów on the road, silencing the home crowd with a controlled three-set performance, 0-3 (20:25, 19:25, 16:25).
Round 17 will close tomorrow with last two games: Asseco Resovia Rzeszów will welcome PGE Projekt Warszawa, while Energa Trefl Gdańsk will face Indykpol AZS Olsztyn.
