Spain: Guaguas Las Palmas celebrate fourth title in a row!

Yesterday, CV Guaguas Las Palmas defeated CV Melilla in Game 2 of best-of-three final with a clean 3-0 (25:17, 25:19, 25:16) to claim fourth Superliga’s title in row, 5th in club’s history.
Protagonists of the evening veterans Nico Bruno and Osmany Juantorena, who claimed his 9th title of his glorious career, six in Italy, two in Turkey and now also in Spain.
After an easy 25-17 in first set, the team coached by Sergio Miguel Camarero dominated also the rest of the game, after a Game 1 on the field of the rivals also ended in straight sets (22:25, 10:25 and 18:25).
Regular season winners, in playoffs, Guaguas lost only Game 1 of quarterfinals at tie break on the field of No.8 Almeria, then continued their path undefeated, eliminating No.4 Manacor in semifinal, 3-0 and 3-1, to dominate final with a double 3-0.
