Waiting for EuroVolley 2026, CEV and Mikasa have unveiled the new official balls for both the women’s and men’s competitions, featuring the colours associated with the countries hosting the final weekends: Türkiye and Italy, respectively.
CEV and their partners at Mikasa have designed balls that are truly distinctive and capable of capturing the attention and imagination of players and fans alike. These balls will further strengthen the identity of the CEV EuroVolley events set to unfold later this summer, where the winners will not only be crowned European champions, but will also qualify for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
“The balls have been designed to further reinforce the profile and identity of the CEV EuroVolley. I am sure that players and fans alike will appreciate their truly distinctive features and immediately associate them with a competition that represents the real pinnacle of European volleyball. The countdown has begun for a majestic volleyball celebration that will mesmerise the whole of Europe,” said CEV President Roko Sikirić.
“We are very much looking forward to EuroVolley 2026 and are delighted to be part of it. Mikasa has long been committed to developing high-quality competition balls trusted by players around the world. We are truly honoured to unveil the special edition V200W-EV for EuroVolley 2026, created in collaboration with CEV. We hope this ball will inspire not only the athletes, but also volleyball fans throughout Europe, fostering an even deeper sense of pride and passion for the sport,” added Yuji Saeki, President and CEO of Mikasa.
Recall that CEV EuroVolley 2026 Women will run from August 21 to September 6 in Türkiye, the Czech Republic, Azerbaijan, and Sweden, while the men’s competition will start on September 9 and conclude with the final on September 26 in Milan, with matches contested in Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, and Romania.
