Despite the heavy absence of
Kovacevic due an ankle injury suffered in Game 3, Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie defeat super favorite PGE Skra Betchatów (without Sawicki) also in Game 4 (3-2, partially 25:21, 21:25, 25:16, 20:25 and 15:11) to close 3-1 Final series for 3rd place. This is the best result in club history, that is worth also a ticket for next edition of CEV Champions League.
The key was the performance in serving: 10 aces and 13 errors for the winners, 6 aces and 22 errors for Belchatow. MVP again Konarski, who ended the game with 28 points, 58% and 39% efficiency in attack, 1 block and 5 aces.
