Fragmented Round 23 of 2025/26
Plusliga continued with the clash between Barkom Każany Lwów and PGE GiEK SKRA Bełchatów, ended with a clean 0-3 (13:25, 19:25, 21:25) in favor of the visiting side, who moves to sixth place in the standings, as well as their place in the play-off stage.
The match was controlled by the the team coached by Krzysztof Stelmach from start to finish, showing consistency and composure across all three sets.
Antoine Pothron led the charge earning MVP honors after leading all scorers with 16 points, well supported by Zouheir El-Graoui, who added 12 points, and Alan Souza, who also contributed with 11.
On the home side, Oleh Shevchenko was the top scorer with 11 points, while Dmytro Vietskyy tallied 10, but their efforts were not enough to challenge the dominant visitors.
Bełchatów’s season has been a roller coaster. After a strong start that briefly placed them at the top of the standing, their momentum slowed due to injuries and inconsistency in recent months. However, this crucial win ensures they no longer have to worry about qualifying for the knockout stage.

Round 23 will close tomorrow with the clash between Asseco Resovia Rzeszów and JSW Jastrzębski Węgiel.
