Three matches valid for Round 5 of French Ligue A were played last night. Despite the very heavy absence of the Argentine Loser, currently among the best in the competition (absent due to back pain), the leaders of Tourcoing win in straight sets against Cannes (without Koncilja) in the top-ranking big match (📸Photogallery here).
In the other games, convincing victory of Narbonne over Paris (still without Overbeeke), in which Lawani and Fukuzawa are completely canceled (4 and 3 points respectively).
The picture closes with the tie-break victory of Sète (still without Tupchii) over Cambrai, who in the fourth set had two set points canceled by Geiler (27 points in total). The same Geiler who then closed with two aces. The 38 points (64% in attack) of Daniel Cagliari were not enough for the newcomers Cambrai.
