Random-Times.com, born in April 2018, is a pure digital project with the purpose of become an unusual guide to the world’s hidden wonders, but also to uncover and bring to light mysteries, legends and popular stories expecially those lesser known. Our young team undertakes to uncover unusual and overlooked placed usually not found in a regular guidebook.
In 2018 our project underwent a great transformation, in terms of graphics and identity. We looked for a slogan that represented our true intent and the phrase was born “to survive you must tell stories”.
Random-Times is a blog updated by an internal editorial staff and offers a completely free information service.
It is supported with sponsorships and with the promotion of goods and services of partner companies.
Our editorial staff is currently made up partly of permanet members and some external collaborators. We are an editorial staff made up of people from different countries, we have very different stories and life experiences but we share the knowledge of curiosity and the passion for writing, an activity that we consider a fundamental and powerful mean to spread knowledge.
Volleytimes.com, born as Randomvolley.com but changed for registration issues in 2019, is the volleyball section of our digital magazine. Despite being born as a pastime, everyday more than 1000 visitors from all over the world come to read our news, match results, and more, but above all to view our exclusive and quality photogalleries, realized thanks to the collaboration of our professional photographer, regularly registered with the international press.
With regular accreditations we followed the entire 2019 European championship, the Champions League superfinals in Berlin, but also the national cup finals in Italy, France and Austria, and international events such as the FIVB Nations League or the CEV European League.
All our articles are proposed, whatever the topic, in a basic English, simple and intuitive (moreover, it is not our first language), to reach a wider audience worldwide.

– Pavel, writer, owner and founder of the project.
Born in 1995 in Czech Republic, but he live somewhere in Austria. He wrote something since he was a child, about various topics but it wasn’t until April 2018, when he started Random-Times project with Anya, that he truly found something he actually liked writing about. Since then, he became an oddities-freak, always searching for something cool to share with our readers. He know his English and his grammar aren’t always perfect, and he is really sorry about that, but this is just a hobby for him (even though for other collaborators is like a real job), and he have to focus the largest part of his time on his demanding job and his family.
To contact him, you can send an e-mail (which no one will see, except him), that receive the fastest response. He is a (amateur) volleyball player, and father of two.

Born in 1987 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He lived in Turkey until last year, and despite his 33 years he has lived in 10 different countries, including Austria, and France, at this moment. Perhaps he is our most appreciated (and, above all, most professional) collaborator. Eclectic, always looking for new things, he loves art and travel in all its forms. He is registered with bulgarian press.

Born in 1993 in Vancouver, Canada, now he lives “somewhere in Europe”. The boy of four different nationalities, it seems he can speak correctly any language. He doesn’t like writing about news, volleyball and matches, but he is one of our most appreciated collaborators with his oddities, unusual places and ghost stories. Although he worked with us from the beginning, nobody know what’s going on with this guy.

Born in 1989, she is a globe-trotter. Regularly registered with the international press, she photograph volleyball matches in France, Austria, Italy and not only. She is interested in history, abandoned places and both. Professional and an excellent driver too. And, above all, she is capable of changing three countries in three days. Without teleport….

Born somewhere in Slovenija in 1990, he is the author of our articles about French championship. He has remarkable writing experiences in his country, where he collaborated with various newspapers, dealing with broad spectrum issues.
Just one word: professional, maybe a little crazy, even if you can’t find him on social networks.

Born in 1986 in Adelaide, Australia, he is part of our family since 2020. It is the mind of the site, and it turned out to be an excellent news hunter and really a good collaborator, always willing to give us a hand. With all. Born in 1998 in Czech Republic, he is passionate about mythology, philosophy and ancient history. Barely of age, and after a year in Poland alone, he decides to find his roots in France, where he will learn the language as a self-taught. He is curious, he loves learning new things and walking off the beaten track. Sometimes he helps us write the recap of a few matches in France. In any case he is a great reader and, when he wants, he writes really good articles! Together with Robin, he takes care of our daily column “Today In History”.

Born in 1989, from a “background” to full-fledged collaborator, thanks to a bet. If his first article reached 500 views in 24 hours, he would have been “promoted”….he made it. Dutch, but lives in France, often he helped us correct something in the articles and he is, in addition, the one who manages our instagram account. Fantastic! Born in 1990, he is an Italian boy with a Brazilian passport (or maybe is it the other way around?). Modest, perhaps too much, he go unnoticed but he is perfect in everything he does. Multitasking. He play, run, write articles, memorize what must say and do and, if he remembers, sometimes speak and breathe. Everything at the same time. In short, the collaborator / friend / boyfriend / player everyone should have…
BACKGROUND: Francesca (32) from Italy, who is the author of some volleyball articles on the Italian Superlega, and Laurent, Leo’s older brother who lives in Vancouver, often his infallible source of inspiration for his new stories.
