Russia: 3 points for leaders St. Petersburg, Nizhnevartovsk, Kemerovo and Dinamo Moscow in first games of 2023

Leaders Zenit St. Petersburg won, as predicted, in straight sets on the field of Ural Ufa (23:25, 22:25, 19:25), and the same did Dynamo Moscow, who down Nova Novokuybyshevsk with the same result (25:15, 25:20, 25:18) at home to temporarily reach second place in the standings (+1 ahead Zenit Kazan, who tomorrow will face Krasnoyarsk).
3-0 win also for Yugra-Samotlor Nizhnevartovsk over Stroitel Minsk (25:21, 25:19, 25:14), while in last game of the day Kuzbass Kemerovo needed four sets to deteat ASK Nizhny Novgorod on the road (18:25, 26:28, 25:18, 19:25).
