Poland: Three points for Stal Nysa in a delayed match of Round 10

In a delayed match valid for the 10th round of the 2023/24 Polish PlusLiga, played early this month, PSG Stal Nysa secured victory against KGHM Cuprum Lubin, winning with the score of 3-1 (25:20, 25:19, 23:25, 25:16) and rise to seventh place with the same number of points of BOGDANKA LUK Lublin and Trefl Gdańsk, 22.
Zouheir El Graoui was awarded as MVP of the match, making a significant impact with a total score of 22 points including 4 aces, 2 of his team’s 16 winning blocks (7 for the rivals) and 64% in attack.
Other notable contributions came from Remigiusz Kapica, who added 16 points, and Wojciech Włodarczyk adding 18. On the other side of the net KGHM Cuprum Lubin put up a strong fight, with Wojciech Ferens leading their scoring with 19 points to his name, followed by Kamil Kwasowski with 13 points and Jake Hanes, who added 12.
Round 13 of tue competition will start tomorrow with first two games: in the first one, Ślepsk Malow Suwałki will welcome Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle while, in the evening, BOGDANKA LUK Lublin will face at home newcomers Exact Systems Hemarpol Częstochowa.
