🇫🇷| 2023/24 COUPE DE FRANCE | FINAL W
📍| Halle Georges Carpentier – Paris
| Saturday March 30, 2024
• 20.30 (Local Time) | Mulhouse – Nantes 0-3 19:25, 18:25, 20:25)
Nantes won the first Coupe de France in club’s history on Saturday evening at the Halle Carpentier in Paris – and their first title ever – after a clear win over Mulhouse in in just three sets (25:19, 25:18, 25:20), and after three lost Cup finals (2014, 2016 and 2019), two in Ligue A (2014 and 2019) and one in the Challenge Cup this season.
Better in all elements, the winners were led in score by Hena Kurtagic, top scorer with 14 points and 6 winning blocks, followed by Jaelyn Keene, Amelie Rotar and Taylor Mims, all with 12, and Merrit Jasper, who added 8.
For the girls around François Salvagni, defeated in final already five times (with only one victory in 2021), the last one to surrender was the young Mija Siftar.
And more….
