Polish Volleyball Federation extends contracts with both National Team coaches ahead of Olympic Games

The Polish Volleyball Federation has extended the contracts of head coaches for both the women’s and men’s national teams, Stefano Lavarini and Nikola Grbić, for other four years, ahead of Paris Olympic Games and until the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
Serbian coach Nikola Grbić took charge of the Polish men’s team in 2022 and, under his command, they won 2023 Volleyball Nations League and the 2023 EuroVolley, and secured a silver medal at the 2022 World Championship. Poland currently holds the top spot in the world rankings.
Italian expert Stefano Lavarini has been with the Polish women’s team since 2022 too, and his team, currently ranked 4th in the world, has won bronze medals in the 2023 and 2024 Volleyball Nations League.
