Deutsch Volleyball Verband (DVV), German Volleyball Federation, has confirmed that Polish expert Michal Winiarski will remain head coach of the men’s national volleyball team until 2028, setting their sights on the Los Angeles Olympic Games.
After the team’s first Olympic qualification since 2012 and their strong performance in Paris, the former Poland National Team member, who took over Germany as head coach in 2022, has agreed to continue leading the squad on their journey toward next Olympic games.
Alongside coaching the national team, the 41-year-old also manages Polish club Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie, and his next challenge will be preparing the team for the 2025 World Championship in the Philippines.

We’ve made significant progress in the past three years, and I’m excited to keep building and integrating new players,” he said, expressing his enthusiasm.
