Fenerbahçe Medicana has officially announced the hire of Serbian expert Slobodan Kovac as the new head coach of their volleyball team.
He brings an impressive achievement, including European Championship victories and several national league and cup titles across Turkey, Serbia, and more.
His career also boasts a gold medal from the 2000 Sydney Olympics as player and recognition as “CEV Coach of the Year” in 2019.

Meanwhile, Earvin Ngapeth, the MVP of Paris 2024 Olympic Games, has confirmed via social media that he will leave Poitiers in an emotional Instagram post, in which he expressed gratitude to his current club and announced a farewell match on December 27, marking the end of his chapter with the Ligue A side.
Ngapeth is widely rumored to be the next major signing for Fenerbahçe, with an official confirmation expected soon.
His arrival would strengthen the team as they aim for success in the remainder of the season.
