Turkey: Fenerbahçe and Ziraat win first Game of semifinal

2024/25 SMS Group Efeler League Play-off semifinals kicked-off with electrifying Games 1.
In the first matchups, No.2 in regular season Galatasaray HDI Sigorta dominated No.3 Fenerbahçe Medicana in just three sets (25:23, 25:14, 25:23).
Meanwhile, regular season winners Ziraat Bankkart took down No.4 Arkas Spor 3-1 (25:27, 25:19, 29:27, 25:19) in Ankara.
Decisive Game 2 of best-of-three series are scheduled for April 16, with Arkas Spor hosting Ziraat Bankkart at 17:00 (local time) in Izmir, while Fenerbahçe Medicana will welcome Galatasaray at 20:30 (local time) in Istanbul.
If necessary, third matches will be held on April 19.
