France: Montpellier win advance of Round 2. Poitiers defeated in straight sets!

Second Round of 2025/26 Marmara Spike League started today with the advance between Poitiers and Montpellier, won in straight sets by the visiting side, 0-3 (23:25, 22:25, 24:26) to claim their second success after the winning home debut against Cannes on Tuesday.
Nicolas Le Goff and Ezequiel Palacios led the charge with 14 and 12 points respectively (73% in attack and 4 winning blocks for the latter), while setter Matias Sanchez earned MVP honors also contributing with 2 aces and 1 block.
Tomas Pujol was the only player in double digit on the other side of the net leaving the court with 14 points to his name through 52% in attack and 3 blocks.
Second Round will continue tomorrow with the game between Tourcoing and Paris.
