Six team will progress to the next stage of Europe’s club elite competition, 2025/26 CEV Champions League.
The first one is Romania’s Dinamo Bucuresti who, after a clean 0-3 in North Macedonia in first leg, repeated themselves after a clean 3-0 (25:17, 25;17, 25:13) over VC Strumica after just 66 minutes of play!
All easy also for Serbia’s Radnicki Kragujevac, who sweep Azerrail Baku from Azerbaigian with the same result, 3-0 (25:23, 25:22, 25:19) while at Akaa Arena, after a four sets defeat in first leg in Austria, Finland’s Akaa Volley down TSV Raiffeisen Hartberg also in straight sets, 3-0 (25:22, 25:20, 25:22) with 19 points from Antti Ropponen (2 aces, 2 blocks and 58% in attack), to surrender at Golden Set with the minimum gap, 15-13 in favor of the Austrian side.
No problem for Slovenian powerhouse ACH Volley Lubljana, who trampler over Orion Stars Doetinchem from The Netherlands 3-0 (25:15, 25:19, 25:20) in front of their home fans, and for Greece’s Olympiacos Piraeus, who destroy OK Napredak Odžak from Bosnia 3-0 (25:15, 25:18, 25:18) too after just 69 minutes of play. Close the picture another straight sets win in Spain, where the hosts Guaguas Las Palmas sweep MÁV Foxconn Székesfehérvár from Hungary 3-0 (25:18, 25:14, 25:20), with 11 points from volleyball star Osmany Juantorena, the only player in double digit of the game (1 ace and an impressive 91% in attack).
