Coppa Italia: quarterfinals completed with all home wins. Verona, Piacenza and Perugia join Trento to semifinals!

Quarterfinals of 2025/26 Del Monte® Coppa Italia have been completed today unveiling all verdicts.
After Itas Trentino, who joined Final Four scheduled at Unipol Arena di Bologna on 7th and 8th February 2026 already yesterday after a clean sweep against Vero Volley Monza, also Rana Verona, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza and Sir Susa Scai Perugia claimed their ticket following their respective home victories.
Three of them already played Final Four last season, while Piacenza is the only “new entry”, after the success of 2022/23 edition in Rome!

Verona, after the final conquered last season, sweep Allianz Milano in straight sets, 3-0 (25:19, 25:18, 29:27), led by an enthusiastic home crowd as well as 33 points in two from Noumory Keita and MVP Darlan Souza. On the other side of the net, with Milano which suffered the absence of Tatsunori Otsuka, Veikka Lindqvist and Francesco Recine left the court in double digit with 12 and 11 points, respectively.
In the derby, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, needed four sets to celebrated a well-deserved win over Valsa Group Modena, 3-1 (25:18, 25:22, 21:25, 25:14), with decisive performances from Efe Mandiraci, top scorer of the match with 21 points, and MVP José Gutierrez, who also contributed with 14.
Trento and Piacenza will face each others in first Semifinals of Final Four, scheduled on Saturday, February 7 at 3.30pm!
Verona, on the other hand, will face Sir Susa Scai Perugia, who down defending champions Cucine Lube Civitanova also 3-1 (25:17, 22:25, 25:22, 25:16), with 18 points from Wassim Ben Tara, 15 from Oleh Plotnytskyi, and 14 from Kamil Semeniuk, including the one that closed the game.
