Poland: Round 15 continues – Warszawa sweep Zawiercie, victory also for Lublin and Częstochowa

After the advance played yesterday, in which Energa Trefl Gdańsk stun Asseco Resovia Rzeszów, Round 15 of 2025/26 Plusliga continued today with other three games.

The visiting side, on the other hand, struggled to find their best form following recent international commitments.
About Lublin, they needed five sets to win on the field of ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle, 2-3 (25:22, 22:25, 19:25, 25:21, 11:15), with 28 points from Wilfredo Leon to secure their eighth consecutive win and maintained top spot in the standings.
In the evening, Steam Hemarpol Politechnika Częstochowa down Barkom Każany Lwów by 3-1 (25:21, 21:25, 25:15, 25:20) earning three very important points to stay in Plusliga, with Milad Ebadipour who led the way with 22 points and claimed MVP honors.
Round 15 will continue tomorrow with the clash between Ślepsk Malow Suwałki and JSW Jastrzębski Węgiel.
