Qatar: Poriya Khanzadeh joins Al Arabi SC

After his sudden departure from Italian powerhouse Cucine Lube Volley Civitanova, Iranian outside hitter Poriya Hossein Khanzadeh has officially signed with Qatar’s Al Arabi SC.
After days of international speculation, the move was confirmed by Al Arabi SC, who have endured an inconsistent start to the season.
The club view his arrival as a key step in their return to domestic dominance and a renewed title challenge in the Qatari Super League, as the player is regarded as one of the prospects in Iranian volleyball and a regular member of the country’s national team.
