Greece: Marko Sedlacek to Olympiacos

2 min read

Greek powerhouse Olympiacos S.F.P. officially confirmed the signing of Croatian outside hitter Marko Sedlacek, just a couple of days after his departure from Cuneo, and he will be part of Olympiacos’ roster for the second part of the season.
Standing at 2.02 meters, the 29-year-old arrives in Piraeus with a great experience from Europe’s top leagues, as he has competed at the highest level in Italy, representing clubs such as Cuneo, Padova, Cisterna, Monza, and Piacenza. He also achieved success in Poland with Jastrzębski, where he won the national championship and reached the CEV Champions League final in the 2023/24 season, but his career also includes an appearance in Türkiye with Galatasaray and a trophy-filled start at Mladost Zagreb, in his home country, where he collected multiple domestic titles.
At international level, he is a regular member of the Croatian national team.
