Champions League: Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie sweep Cucine Lube Civitanova and become last semifinalist!

After Turkish powerhouse Ziraat Bankkart Ankara, victorious two times in straight sets over Poland’s Asseco Resovia Rzeszów, Poland’s PGE Projekt Warszawa and Italy’s Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia, who eliminated Bogdanka LUK Lublin and Guaguas Las Palmas yesterday, after a majestic straight sets win in Italy in first leg, another team form Poland reached 2025/26 CEV Champions League Final Four in Turin: Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie, who will face Ziraat after eliminating Cucine Lube Civitanova!
And they did it with another straight sets victory, 3-0 (25:22, 25:18, 26:24), closing the contest already after winning first two sets in front of more than 3000 home fans.
Despite a good start of Civitanova, the hosts were too strong and were able to close first two sets they needed, and to cancel a set point also in an irrilevant third set played with a large turnover for both sides, led by a great Bartłomiej Boladz, MVP of the match with 10 points through 57% in attack, 1 ace and 1 block, the same number of points of Mattia Bottolo on the losing side (75% in attack and 1 block), but he wasn’t enough.
