Turkey: fifth round. Our recap.

In short, let’s see what happened on the fifth day of Turkish Eferligi. A short summary with three words? Galatasaray still in the lead, Fenerbahce crisis and Kula’s forfeit.
Despite the absence of Gergye, Galatasaray has retained the unbeaten and the head of the standings by beating the Istanbul BBSK 3-1 thanks to, once again, an excellent Venno.
So, they keeping the pace for staying at 0.88 points behind the winning Maliye Piyango on the field of the Inegol.
It does not change the position of the Halkbank Ankara that conquered 3 points for remains third without even having to play.
The Jeopark Kula, gripped by serious financial problems, has in fact given a forfeit after sending home the players, but according to the latest verified news, they should recall them and return to the field from the next round.
Victory at tie break at home for Ziraat Bankasi Ankara against Tokat and they missed overtaking in the standings.
It is worse however at Fenerbahce, now even only tenth in the standings after the heavy 0-3 suffered by Arkas Izmir.
