Vlado Nikolov decided to return on the court!

According to sportal.bg, Vladimir Nikolov will be playing volleyball again!
Two and a half years ago he retired, but now the fans of Levski Sofia will have the opportunity to watch on the field the legendary opposite again.
In the last two seasons, Vlado was the president and the senior coach of Levski Sofia, and the surprising decision came after the injuries of his two opposites Miyakov and Pankov. So, Nikolov will play in the Bulgarian Championship for the first time since April 2002, when he began his rich international career. He will wear a jersey number 1 because his number 11 is already taken by his eldest son, Alexander Nikolov.
“We have some difficulties in the roster. The only option was to look for a player from abroad, but I prefer to solve problems internally. I’m taking a risk, but I have to paraphrase the words of our patron Vasil Levski: If I get injured, I only lose myself and I if I win, It will be a win for the whole team”, says Nikolov, now 41years old. “I will be playing until the return of our opposites.”
