Turkey, Round 8. A short recap.

1 min read

After the advance on Friday, the eighth round of Efelerligi in Turkey was completed.
In the big match, Halkbank Ankara won 3-1 away against Istanbul BBSK thanks to an excellent performance in attack and thus kept the first place in the standings.
However, the advantage of the pursuers has not increased. In fact Galatasaray Istanbul, Maliye Piyango Ankara and Arkas Izmir have all won by 3 points.
So, Ziraat Bankasi Ankara climbed to 6th place in the standings and in the match between the two most disappointing teams of the season (at least up until now) they defeated Fenerbahce 3-1 on whose bench new coach Sordyl made his debut.
