France, Round 11. Great victories for Ajaccio and Nice.

This evening two matches of round 11 of the French Ligue A were played. What’s happened? Both games ended up at the tie break, and in the end they won Ajaccio, away against Tourcoing, and Nice against Poitiers.
Stunning match in Tourcoing: the guests won without too much trouble the first set, which ended 19-25, but the hosts have equalized the scores after the second set extended. Match from the result uncertain until the end, including tie break, finished 13:15 with Ajaccio who will return home with two points more in the standings.
Thimotee Carle led Ajaccio to the victory with a really good performance: 29 points and 54% attack, including 4 aces, while his teammate Mendez contributed with 14 and Pepic with 13. Dejan Radic realized 4 winning blocks (with 12 points total).
For the home team, Ronald Jimenez was the author of 24 points and 51% attack, Martti Juhkami scored 17 and Klyamar and Mc Donnell 15 points each.
Stunning battle also in Nice, where a really high level volleyball was played. The hosts won the first set, while Poitiers equalized the score in the second. However, after a third set lost very badly, the hosts are able to take a really great victory and two more important points for the standing.
Robin Overbeeke, Nice, was the top scorer of the match with 29 points and 57% in attack, while Gojko Cuk scored 4 blocks.
At Poitiers, Menelaos Kokkinakis had a good performance with 21 points and 58% attack, Zouheir El Graoui added 19 and Jochen Schops 16.
