#transfers: Giba is back!

The legendary brazilian player is back: Giba comes back from retirement and it’s not a fake news!
He has decided to return on the court: after spending five years without playing volleyball professionally, the Brazilian star will play again.
The English team IBB Polonia have announced it on their official webpage that Giba has become their new player. He is joining the team to help them score the best possible results and to help volleyball grow in England.
Giba played last time in the season 2013/2014, for Al Nasr Dubai.

Do you remember what Giba achieved in his career? He won everything at the national team level: literally everything!
According to Wikipedia, with the Brazilian National Team he won a total of 8 South American Championships, 3 America’s Cups, 8 World League titles, 3 World Grand Champions Cups, three World Championships (2002, 2006, 2010) and the gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, the silver medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and the silver medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where he was the team’s captain.
During summer 2014, Giba retired from professional volleyball at the age of 37.
