#Poland: Resovia hire Gruszka as new head coach. Rossard and Mika leave club.

Polish top team Resovia, who finished the season as the seventh-placed side, announced that they have signed a two-year contract with Piotr Gruszka who will serve as the teamās head coach instead of the Romanian Gheorghe CreČu. While being a player, Gruszka became the record holder in the number of matches played in Poland national team: from 1995 to 2011, he made 450 presences! The 42-year-old came to Resovia from GKS Katowice whom he coached in the last three seasons.

Moreover, Resovia hired setter Marcin Komenda from GKS Katowice and extended with the middle blocker Marcin Możdżonek and Australian libero Luke Perry.
They officially parted ways with the opposite Jakub Jarosz, outside hitters Mateusz Mika and the French Thibault Rossard, setter Åukasz Kozub, middle blockers – American David Smith, who will play for ZAKSA KÄdzierzyn-KoÅŗle and Dawid Dryja, and libero Mateusz MasÅowski. The middle blocker Åukasz PerÅowski retired.
