Italy: Milano wreck Perugia thanks to an amazing performance of Abdel-Aziz

Allianz Milano destroys vice-champions Sir Safety Conad Perugia in an advanced match of the 2019/20 Italian Superlega’s regular season Round 4!
So Milano have won their second match in the 2019/20 season and kept the perfect record. This victory was huge knowing that they beat one of the title contenders Perugia on the road and in straight sets: 3-0 (25:19, 25:21, 25:22)!
Perugia head coach Heynen gave the chance to backups Russo and Plotnytskyi from the start of the match even if changed them in the second set as it was visible that Milano play on a really high level. Guests, deprived of the help from their captain Matteo Piano until the end of the season due to ACL injury, were powered by an incredible Dutch opposite Nimir Abdel-Aziz, who scored 26 points (9 in the first set), which is surreal output for a three-set match! Wilfredo León scored 16 points for Perugia.
