Coppa Italia: Itas Trentino is the last semifinalist!

The dream of the Final Four for Allianz Milano ends again in the quarterfinals: Trento wins in straight sets (23:25, 19:25, 19:25) to take the last ticket for the semifinal of the Del Monte Coppa Italia after Civitanova, Perugia and Modena.
For Trento it is the 13th Final Four and will face the Cucine Lube Civitanova in the semifinal, while the path of Milano is interrupted for the third time in a row in the quarterfinals.
It was a real match only in the first set, because in the following Trento managed to impose her superiority, despite the hosts playing below expectations. The 20 points of the Dutch opposite Nimir Abdel-Aziz, including 6 aces but only with 38% in attack, were not enough, and Trento win, with an excellent performance by Gebennikov (deservedly named MVP of the match), in addition to the excellent performance in attack by Cebulj, author of 17 points and 70% in attack, including 3 of the Trento’s 12 winning blocks (against the only 3 for Milano).
