Austrian Cup W: Linz-Steg beats Graz at tie break and won the Cup!

The ladies from defended the Austrian Volleyball Cup title after prevailing the thrilling final, in which they had to chase the lead in the sets twice, against the Final Four hosts UVC Holding Graz: 3-2 (19:25, 25:19, 15:25, 25:21, 15:13).
The same duel had also taken place a year ago, also in Graz. In 2019, however, the two teams faced each other in the semifinals, and Linz-Steg won in five sets.
Nikolina Maroš led the winning side with 19 points, while Andrea Duvnjak made 5 winning blocks. As for Graz, Ursula Ehrhart scored 23 points.
This is the fifth cup title in the history of Linz-Steg (2008, 2009, 2011, 2019, and 2020).
