Bulgaria: Bratoev brothers reunited in Neftochimic

1 min read

The five-time Bulgarian volleyball champions, Neftochimic 2010, reunited Bratoev twins after two years.
The two country’s national team members Valentin and Georgi Bratoev completed the roster of the Burgas team for the 2020/21 season.
Last season, the outside hitter Valentin competed in Qatar, wearing the jersey of Al-Arabi Doha, while the setter Georgi played for Hebar. Interestingly, the last time these two 32-year-old players played together in the same club was exactly in Neftochimic (2017/18).
They replaced Georgi Petrov (went to Chaumont, France) and Dobromir Dimitrov (what will be his new club is yet unknown).
