Turkish SuperCup: Fenerbahçe win trophy, Hidalgo MVP

Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta clinched the Turkish volleyball Super Cup for the fourth time in the club history. They beat Arkas Spor 3-1 in Bursa, partially 25:15, 20:25, 25:20, and 25:20 to lifted the 2020 AXA Sigorta Şampiyonlar Kupası.
These two clubs were selected to play for the first trophy of the season based on the 2019/20 ranking at the moment of the cancelation of the season – Fenerbahçe as the regular season leaders and Arkas as the second-placed side.
Cuban Salvador Hidalgo was chosen as the MVP of the match. He was also the top scorer of a duel with 26 points, while 18-year-old Efe Mandıracı led Arkas’ scorers with 22 points.
