TJ Sokol Vienna V celebrated the fifth victory in seventh game in DenizBank AG VL, beating VBC TLC Weiz in four sets, partially 16:25, 25:16, 25:23, 25:15. Due to the home success, the team from Austrian capital stay in the race for first place, tied with UVC Weberzeile Ried and two points behind leader VCA Amstetten NÖ.
About the match, after just 21 minutes, Weiz claims first set. However, after 1 hours and 29 minutes, it is the home team to celebrate.
Clemens Ecker was the man of the match with 28 points, while his teammate Stefan Kamenica also contributed with 13. Reinhard Hölzel scored 16 on the other side of the net.
