Germany: Marcus Böhme to Friedrichshafen

The German powerhouse VfB Friedrichshafen completed a huge last-minute transfer, the country National Team member Marcus Böhme who had already made his debut in the 2020/21 Bundesliga.
The experienced 35-year-old middle blocker, named as the best in his position in the 2014 FIVB World Championship and 2017 CEV EuroVolley, spent the last season in Russia, wearing the jersey of Dinamo-LO. This way, Böhme has returned to play in Germany after six years and to Friedrichshafen after eight years.
