Italian volleyball coach Camillo Placì, who’s currently at the helm of Russia’s Fakel Novi Urengoy, has been discharged from the hospital after nearly a month. The 64-year-old Italian expert had a coronavirus against which he battled in the Novy Urengoy hospital for exactly 26 days. The Superliga club published that he was released home on New Year’s Eve.
The assistant coach Roman Yakovlev was in charge of the Fakel’s play in his absence and, dDuring that time, they won five out of seven matches.
