Russia: by beating Orenburg in recovery match of Round 6, Kuzbass new leader!

Kuzbass achieved a victory in the 2020/21 Russian Superliga Parimatch regular season that pushed them to the top of the charts.
Beating Zenit-Kazan, a few days ago, they made the first step towards taking over the lead of the competition while today, they made a decisive step in that direction. In a delayed match of the Round 6, the Kemerovo side beat Neftyanik Orenburg by a 3-1 (23:25, 25:20, 25:21, 25:20), got tied with Zenit-Kazan at 37 points, and took them off the top of the charts thanks to a better set-ratio.
Aleksandr Markin top-scored the winners with 17 points, while Inal Tavasiev made 4 blocks.
