1 min read

Two advances to Round 16 of the French Ligue A were played tonight, of the three initially scheduled (Cambrai-Narbonne postponed for covid, as one of the hosts tested positive). In the first, Tourcoing defeated Nice in straight sets without lot of problems. News in the sextets of the 2 formations: among the hosts the new opposite Baroti made his debut (13 points, 44% in attack, 3 blocks and 2 aces) and due the absence of Loser the young middle-blocked Roehrig played (10 points, 100% in attack, 3 blocks and 2 aces); the new setter Keel made his debut for Nice (arrived to replace the injured Giraudo). MVP the outside-hitter Palonskyz with 12 points, 61% in attack, 1 ace and 100% positive reception.
In the other match, Paris defeated Séte 3-1, led by 26 points with 71% in attack, 1 block and 1 ace by MVP Kujundzic. The 28% in attack for Rouzier was disappointing despite he compensated with 3 blocks (of 15, 5 by Gotsev) and 5 aces.
