Russia: Dinamo Moscow stronger than defending champions 3rd time this season! Win also for Kazan

For the third time this season, Dinamo Moscow defeated the titleholders of the Russian Volleyball Championship Lokomotiv Novosibirsk.
In a delayed match of Round 17 of Superliga Parimatch regular season, on the road, Dinamo Moscow prevailed at tie break: 3-2 (16:25, 25:22, 25:23, 20:25, 15:11). The Novosibirsk side lost even though the amazing performance of Serbian DraĆŸen LuburiÄ, author of 32 points, including 4 aces. Bulgarian Tsvetan Sokolov top-scored Dinamo Moscow with 26 points.
The team from the Russian capital is again in the lead of the competition and remains the main favorite to take first place in the standings, which would give them the right to host the Final Six (which is to replace the playoffs).
On the other match played today, just like two days ago, Zenit-Kazan defeated Dinamo-LO in straight sets. Todayâs match was played ahead as it was valid for Round 24. Winning the 4th match in a row, Zenit-Kazan returned to fight for the top 2 spots in the standings that secure a direct advancement to the Final Six.
