Since PAOK are in a difficult situation, losing 4 games out of nine so far this season in the Greek League, the club’s board has decided to change head coach: instead of Kostas Delikostas PAOK have signed the Serbian-French coach Nikola Matijasevic.
This news brought a lot of joy to PAOK fans since Matijasevic was a former player of Partizan Belgrade, a team that has great relations with the team from Belgrade, which fans hold a very strong brotherhood with PAOK fans.
As a coach, he has worked mainly in French teams, but also in Cesis, Latvia and Esperance, Tunisia.
At the national team level, Matijasevic coached Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia.
