In details, at the Allianz Cloud in Milano, the guests celebrate with a final score of 3-1. The home team fought for every ball, frightening Perugia in a match marked by controversy: the home coach, Roberto Piazza, was sent off due to a second line foul by Travica not seen by the referees who unleashed his anger on the 15:13 in the third set. Leon, author of 28 points, was awarded MVP of the match.
However, another player stood out today: Abouba who, with Vibo Valentia’s jersey, was absolutely the man of the match in his team’s straight sets victory over Vero Volley Monza. Brazilian opposite put down 25 points, including 7 aces and 2 winning blocks with 48% in attack.
