Poland: Kochanowski joins Resovia

The Poland Volleyball National Team member Jakub Kochanowski has signed a three-year contract with Asseco Resovia Rzeszów.
He will be defending the colors of a powerhouse in his home country until the end of the 2023/24 season, as the seven-time Polish club champions informed.
The 23-year-old middle blocker came to the Rzeszów team from the CEV Champions League winners Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
Kochanowski, despite his young age, has numerous club and national team successes on his volleyball story: he is the 2018 world champion and he won the Champions League in 2021. Additionally, he was a one-time Polish Cup and a two-time Polish Super Cup winner.
Moreover, he was PlusLiga’s second-best blocker last season, scoring 80 points on the net out of a total of 276.
